Alleged Fake Miracles Prophecies: Rev.Uche Ume Gives 48-Hour Ultimatum to Podcaster KAATalks

Rev. Dr. Uche Ume, the Senior Pastor of Power World Ministries International, has issued a 48-hour ultimatum to Kel Armstrong Amobi, the host and producer of the KAATalks Podcast. This comes after Amobi claimed that the pastor was involved in fake miracles & prophecies and staged miracles.

In a statement released through his lawyer, Barr. Maxwell Opara, Pastor Ume demanded that Amobi publicly retract the statements he made in videos posted on social media between April 8 and 9, 2025. Rev. Ume described these statements as defamatory and damaging to his reputation.

Amobi’s claims included accusations of manipulating vulnerable individuals in Ebonyi State, stating, “You’ve been ruining people’s lives with your so-called nonsense miracles and fake prophecies in Ebonyi, Aba, and other places. Do you know how many people may have lost their lives because of you?”

Pastor Ume’s legal team argues that these accusations are unfounded and have caused significant harm to his personal and ministerial reputation. They also warned that if Amobi does not comply within the given 48 hours, they will have no choice but to pursue legal action to protect their client’s name and reputation against these fake prophecies allegations.

This situation has raised concerns in the community, as many continue to discuss the impact of fake prophecies on people’s lives and well-being.
